Protection

You must be insured to stay with us. You can purchase an appropriate amount of liability protection alongside your booking. Simply select how much it would cost to replace the value of the items being stored and we’ll add the cost of the liability protection to your bill. There is also a £50 deposit required which will be refunded on leaving the unit in good condition, this is payable on completion of your booking.

Security deposit

Upon booking, a refundable security deposit will be charged. It's returned upon vacating, unless damages or other terms are not met. If you cancel before move in day, the deposit will be returned in full.

Billing is monthly in advance, and you must give at least one weeks' notice of move out. 

There is a £50 deposit required, payable on completion of booking. A pass key can be collected at the office for gate access to the site.

Office hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
